About 20 years ago, in my house in Brazil, someone came to share the story of a woman who was suffering from a severe back condition. It wasn’t broken as initially thought, but a damaged disc. She had all the medical paperwork, and the doctors said she would need surgery, though even that might not fully fix her back. Her condition was very serious.

We told them, “Hold on, God can heal her.” The person asked if we could come and pray for her. So, we went, gathered together, and prayed. At that moment, we didn’t see any immediate changes, but we believed in God’s power. Afterward, we returned home, trusting that healing would come.

About a week later, certainly not even a month, our doorbell rang. To our amazement, it was the woman, standing in our living room. She was jumping up and down with joy, completely healed. Her back was perfect, and she was overflowing with happiness. We were in awe of what God had done.
